WHAT. A. NIGHT.
We were thrilled to be invited to the 25th anniversary celebration for Pit Stop Productions back in August with a full mobile bar set up in Barnsley.
This wasn’t your average bash. Live music, freshly cooked food over a BBQ and of course amazingly fresh cocktails, premium draught beer & craft along with our normal vast array of spirits and mixers.
Originally, we met the owners of Pit Stop back in July over a coffee. This meeting was a deep dive into all things detail. Must have brands, timings, location, council approval, visitor numbers etc.
After the initial meet up there was the usual check ins to make sure everything was on track.
Then came game time! After a few worries around the weather, we were blessed with the most gorgeous day! Welcome drinks included Aperol Spritz and Pimms. We then had a host of speciality cocktails which included Frozen Margaritas, Mojitos, Pornstar/Espresso Martinis and Brambles.
Madri Lager was served on draught alongside Neck Oil Session IPA. In the fridge was a huge selection or Rekorderlig in bottles, craft beer and the usual plethora of Fevertree to go alongside our ample gin line up.
Our very own James’ got the chance to impress with a rendition of Tom Petty – Free Fallin. If only he knew he was going to be nominated (Muhaha)
